The Working Foreman oversees a team of 1 to 10 employees, managing mechanical tasks across new installations, emergency repairs, and mixed project types. This role requires full-time on-site presence and regular reporting to senior management to ensure projects meet safety and quality standards while maintaining effective team coordination.

• Supervise and lead a team of 1-10 employees
• Schedule tasks to optimize workflow and project timelines
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures
• Maintain quality control on all mechanical work performed
• Coordinate work activities across multiple project types
• Prepare and submit regular reports to senior management

• 5+ years experience in mechanical supervision
