- Monday -Friday 8a-4:30 + weeknight and weekend call 1:2
- Full time only, 4 days per week acceptable
Clinical Details
- Adult patients
- EMR: Epic
- 131 Beds
- Support Staff: 2 front office, 1 RN, 1 MA, 1 Navigator and other support personnel
- Patient Population/Age: Adult only (18+)
- 10 patients per day, expected to grow
- Community based practice (general oncology and hematology), will need to visit the hospital for inpatients consults if they come in; clinic is inside the hospital
- Cases: Hematology and Oncology 40/60
- Practice Settings: Clinic, Hospital
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Oncology
- Active PA License or IMLC LOQ in hand
- DEA
