Position Overview:
We're looking for a motivated Entry-Level Shop Welder to join our manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role working in our shop to fabricate aluminum and steel components for our glass flooring systems. No prior welding experience required - we'll train the right person who's ready to learn.

What You'll Do:

• Assist in welding and fabrication of aluminum and steel frames.
  
  
• Use basic shop tools and equipment.
  
  
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards.
  
  
• Work with our experienced fabricators to learn the trade.
