The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Demonstrate a professional, collaborative approach when working with colleagues, clients, and external professionals.
- Maintain a client-first mindset and consistently deliver a high standard of client service.
- Possess strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Resolve complex and nuanced client matters with accuracy, discretion, and timeliness.
- Coordinate with financial institutions and third-party service providers to obtain account information and supporting documentation.
- Review, interpret, and work confidently with bank statements, brokerage reports, and other financial documents.
- Draft Probate Court forms and estate tax returns.
- Exhibit a thoughtful and proactive work style, including the ability to listen, ask questions, analyze, and take appropriate action.
- Work independently while remaining accountable, self-motivated, and self-aware.
- Maintain strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Adapt effectively to shifting priorities in a dynamic practice environment.
- Monitor and manage critical deadlines and key milestones across assigned matters to ensure nothing is overlooked.

Education and Experience:
- Minimum of two years of experience in Trust & Estate administration.
- An associate's degree, paralegal certificate, or relevant administrative experience is preferred but not required.
- Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
Work Arrangement:
- This position is on-site; COVID-19 vaccination is preferred.
- Eligibility to work (1) hybrid workday after six months of employment.
