• Must have an interest in Immigration Law
• Must be BILINGUAL (English and Spanish)
• Must be willing to work with clients who have suffered trauma due to persecutions
• Must be familiar with asylum applications
• Must have knowledge of removal proceedings
• Assist clients in filling out forms and gathering necessary evidence to successfully complete their cases
• Legal research on case law as related to immigration
• Follow up on pending clients
• Update clients with case progress, answering their questions
• Translations
• Efficiently manage assigned case load
• Other duties may be assigned

Salary: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
