We are seeking a 2-6 year associate attorney to join our Chattanooga office.

This role is ideal for someone who wants meaningful litigation experience in a stable, collegial environment-without the burnout often associated with high-volume practices.

What you'll do:

• Handle active litigation matters with increasing independence
• Take and defend depositions
• Participate in hearings and trial preparation
• Work directly with experienced attorneys and clients

What we're looking for:
