Annesser Armenteros is a growing litigation firm handling complex commercial disputes. We are seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal to support our attorneys in high-level business litigation matters from inception through trial.
This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment and can operate with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Manage litigation matters from pre-suit through trial and post-trial
- Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery requests, responses, and correspondence
- Handle all phases of discovery, including document production, organization, and review
- Assist with trial preparation (exhibits, binders, witness coordination, trial logistics)
- Maintain case calendars and ensure all deadlines are met
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and vendors
- Organize and maintain case files and litigation documents
- Support attorneys during hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience (required)
- Strong knowledge of Florida court procedures and e-filing systems
- Experience in trial preparation and full case lifecycle management
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a high-volume litigation environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office
What You'll Do Here
You will be a key member of the litigation team, supporting attorneys through all stages of complex business disputes, including discovery, motion practice, hearings, and trial.
This is a high-responsibility role with direct impact on case outcomes.
