Associate Attorney

FMS is seeking an early to mid-level litigation associate attorney to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent employers and insurers before the Division of Workers' Compensation.
• Represent insurers in medical fee dispute matters before the Division of Workers' Compensation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents for litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda to support case strategy.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, and court appearances as needed.
• Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel regarding case developments and strategy.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Two (2) - five (5) years of relevant legal experience preferred.
• Active Missouri Bar license in good standing.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively solo.
