Hematology/Oncology Nurse Practitioner

Inpatient BMT Nurse Practitioner Night Shift
Location: Atlanta, GA
Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts per week (7:00 PM 7:00 AM)
Weekends: Required as part of the regular rotation
Duration: Ongoing need
Setting: Inpatient Bone Marrow Transplant Unit

Position Highlights

Role: Night APP for inpatient BMT service

Responsibilities include:

• Performing physical assessments
• Writing orders and interventions to maintain patient stability
• Responding to critical patient changes
• Communicating with nursing staff and on-call MDs
• Managing admissions and transfers to higher level of care as needed

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Nurse Practitioner
• Preferred: Prior Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) experience strongly preferred
• Licensure/Certifications: Must hold active NP license and meet hospital credentialing standards
