Location: Northern Maine
Work Hours: M-F, (8:00-4:00)
Job Summary: This individual will provide quality health care and treatment to patients. Health care includes: health promotions; prevention of disease and disability; identification of health problems; management of health problems; and referral with communication to the patients primary care provider.
Requirements:
- Graduated from NLN Nurse Practitioner program (MSN preferred) or Physician Assistant's program
- Current Maine state license
- Requires current CPR and ACLS
