Pay & Benefits

What You ll Do
- Evaluate patients skeletal, neurological, respiratory, and cardiovascular function through formal/informal testing
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments and patient tolerance
- Coordinate and document treatment regimes in collaboration with physicians
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants, Aides, and students
- Educate patients and families about conditions, prognosis, and treatment options
- Recommend adaptive/supportive equipment and assist in securing necessary resources
- Maintain accurate documentation for billing and regulatory compliance
- Promote patient-centered care and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Support community health education and outreach initiatives
What You Need
- Current license to practice physical therapy in Michigan
- Minimum of 1+ years of outpatient or acute care experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and healthcare documentation standards
- OSHA training (completed annually) and familiarity with infection control protocols
- Compassionate approach and professional demeanor
