Pay & Benefits

What You ll Do
  • Evaluate patients skeletal, neurological, respiratory, and cardiovascular function through formal/informal testing
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments and patient tolerance
  • Coordinate and document treatment regimes in collaboration with physicians
  • Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants, Aides, and students
  • Educate patients and families about conditions, prognosis, and treatment options
  • Recommend adaptive/supportive equipment and assist in securing necessary resources
  • Maintain accurate documentation for billing and regulatory compliance
  • Promote patient-centered care and interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Support community health education and outreach initiatives

What You Need
  • Current license to practice physical therapy in Michigan
  • Minimum of 1+ years of outpatient or acute care experience preferred
  • Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
  • Excellent communication and patient education abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and healthcare documentation standards
  • OSHA training (completed annually) and familiarity with infection control protocols
  • Compassionate approach and professional demeanor
