What You ll Do

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized plans of care for patients with physical functioning disorders or wound care needs
• Administer procedures including manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and use of supportive devices
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments based on clinical assessments and regulatory standards
• Document all care accurately within electronic health records and prepare comprehensive discharge summaries
• Collaborate with healthcare team members, patients, families, and caregivers
• Provide education, counseling, and consultation on treatment plans and recovery strategies
• Supervise and support physical therapist assistants, rehabilitation aides, and students as needed
• Participate in meetings and ongoing professional development activities

What You Need

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Missouri or transfer eligibility
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of regulatory and clinical documentation requirements
• Ability to work independently and adapt to patient needs
