What You ll Do:

• Evaluate patient function through formal and informal assessments of skeletal, neurological, respiratory, and cardiovascular systems
• Develop and implement goal-specific treatment plans in collaboration with physicians
• Educate patients and families on pathology, treatment options, and prognosis
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants, Aides, and students
• Recommend and facilitate adaptive/supportive equipment for patients
• Document patient responses, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with policies and regulations
• Promote patient education in home settings and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
• Participate in team conferences, community outreach, and program development

What You Need:

• Valid Michigan Physical Therapist license (required)
• Minimum of 1 year of outpatient orthopedic or general physical therapy experience (preferred)
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated professionalism and commitment to patient care
