Residential Rehabilitation Services Supervisor

Compensation: $50,000 Annually

We are seeking a Full time Residential Rehab Services Supervisor to coordinate the day-to-day operations of the residential rehab program.

Residential Rehab Services Supervisor Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, or equivalent experience and education.
  • A minimum of three years of experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities, physical disabilities, or traumatic brain injury.
  • Successful work experience in a licensed hospital, rehab center, of skilled nursing facility.
  • Five years of successful experience managing/supervising staff. A demonstrated ability to successfully lead, inspire, mentor, manage, and develop unlicensed staff.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work well with a diverse range of individuals. The ability to build and maintain positive and effective working relationships with staff and clients.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a customer-service focus in professional interactions.
  • Ability to maintain and properly safeguard confidential data and information.
  • Ability to work effectively in a busy environment with multiple distractions.
  • A valid driver’s license and the ability to transport clients and travel throughout the community for planned and unplanned events.

Residential Rehab Services Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • Provide all aspects of supervision for direct reports
  • Develop and maintain staffing schedules that meets all client care, habilitation, and safety needs
  • Maintain availability for on-call coverage for concerns after hours concerns/incidents.
  • Build and maintain teamwork among staff
  • Ensure that staff are fully trained prior to working and throughout the course of employment.
  • Maintain a personal presence and participation level at the site to properly observe and address client concerns/issues.
