Family NP Locums Opportunity in Hyannis, MA Flexible Schedule

Schedule / Call:

• Full-time or part-time available
• hours/week (flexible; client needs 60 hours total coverage)
• Mon, Wed, Fri 8a-5p.
• Tues/Thursday 8a-8p.
• Sat 8a-12p
• May include 2 weekends per month

Assignment Details:

• Outpatient primary care
• patients/day
• Adult + pediatric population (peds experience preferred)
• Independent practice environment

Responsibilities include:

• Managing patient panels
• Preventive care and wellness visits
• Acute and chronic care management
• Referrals and care coordination
• EMR: Epic

Requirements:

• Family Nurse Practitioner
• Ideally 3+ years experience
• Comfortable working independently
• Peds expertise preferred
