JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Licenses: Idaho license or Universal License (IMLC)
- DEA: Required
- Experience: 1-year minimum experience required post residency
- Name Clear required: Must send Name and NPI number before submitting to client
- Perform general anesthesia cases in a care team model.
- Provide OB anesthesia coverage at Nampa location.
- Participate in in-house night and weekend call rotations.
- Supervise CRNAs in a 4:1 care team model.
- Perform regional anesthesia procedures as required.
