Job Details:

  • All hours considered for this locum tenens position

  • Must be comfortable with both adult and pediatric patients

  • Medical direction model

  • Surgical specialties include general, gynecology, urology, orthopedics, spine, vascular, cardiac, thoracic, and out-of-room cases

  • Cardiac, complete orthopedic, complex vascular, head/spine, neuro, pediatric, and thoracic surgical cases expected

  • General anesthesia required for adult, pediatric, and trauma patients; neonatal preferred

  • Neurosurgical cases including head and spine required

  • Open heart anesthesia required

  • Thoracic and complex vascular cases required

  • Complex orthopedic cases required

  • Regional anesthesia preferred

  • Ventilation management required

  • Evaluation and management of acute volume and blood pressure issues required

  • Arterial line placement required

  • ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required

  • Board certification required; minimum certification level accepted
