Physical Therapist - Full Time
We're looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients in Bluefield, VA. You will help patients move better, feel better, and stay active-whether they are recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions. Minimum Requirements:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT, MPT, BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility for Virginia licensure.
- Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and patient care skills.
- Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.
- Willingness to work a Days schedule. Typical shift pattern: Monday-Friday, flexible.
- Ability to manage an outpatient caseload. Full-time clinicians typically treat approximately 10-12 patient visits per day and 50-55 visits per week. Additional visits possible for performance incentives.
- Candidates must agree to a two-year contractual commitment in the offer letter or repay a pro-rated placement fee.
