- Provide anesthesia care for inpatient and outpatient surgical patients across multiple specialties
- Support cases across General, vascular, orthopedic, urology, plastics, dental, IR, CDL, thoracic, peds, neuro, cardiac, and endoscopy (based on assignment needs)
- Deliver care in Main OR settings, with most work taking place at Memorial (per site needs)
- Manage anesthesia planning and perioperative management throughout the surgical day schedule
- Work collaboratively with surgical teams to maintain efficient OR workflow
- Maintain compliance with clinical standards and documentation requirements (EMR: Cerner)
- Participate in site onboarding and schedule coordination once credentialed and after Med staff orientation
- Active WV license
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS
- Board certification: WV
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a CRNA
- Ability to work flexible scheduled shifts (5x8 nights and/or day/evening start times as confirmed)
- Comfort working across a broad mix of surgical specialties in an OR-focused environment
