Hematology Oncology Locums Job in Kentucky Day Shift + Occasional Night Call Beginning October 1 - Ongoing Assignment

Coverage Details
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
3-6 potential night call shifts per month (5pm-7am)

Requirements
Board Certified in Hematology or Medical Oncology
Hematology/Oncology Fellowship
BLS
ACLS
Kentucky State License - highly preferred

Required Procedures / Skills
Intrathecal Chemotherapy
Outpatient/Inpatient Hem/Onc experience
Intracavitary Chemotherapy - highly preferred

Assignment Details
100% adults
95% clinic; 5% hospital
70% oncology; 30% hematology
Average patient census: 22 per day, 2-3 new consults per day
Credentialing time frame: 90-120 days
EMR: EPIC
