Director of Rehab - Full Time
Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time role with an area client where you'll recruit and train staff, develop therapy strategies, evaluate patient care, and coordinate rehabilitation services.
Minimum Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) required.
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist in Maryland required prior to start.
- Minimum of five years clinical experience as a physical therapist.
- Minimum of two years clinical management or supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience overseeing a multi-disciplinary outpatient rehabilitation team. Candidate will supervise approximately 22 employees.
- Experience with electronic medical records and proficiency using computers for clinical and administrative tasks.
- CPR for Healthcare Providers certification required.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, days. Schedule includes four clinical days and one administrative/management eight-hour day per week.

Position Overview
The Physical Therapy Director is responsible for the efficient and profitable management of all rehabilitation services in assigned outpatient clinic(s), including physical therapy, occupational/hand therapy, industrial services, and cash-based services. The Director ensures high standards of clinical care and customer service, compliance with state and federal regulations, and achievement of established practice metrics. Responsibilities include day-to-day clinic operations, employee supervision, monitoring financial and statistical information, administering company policies and procedures, providing direct patient care as needed, and collaborating with the Practice Administrator and Therapy Executive Director to develop and implement business goals.
