- Regional blocks optional
- No Hearts, No Transplants, No OB
- Model: Independent CRNA practice under medical supervision

- 13 ORs + 2 GI suites
- Credentialing: Emergency privileges available ( 2 weeks)
- Requirements: BC CRNA, AHA BLS + ACLS; PALS preferred
- Licensing: Hawaii license required no exceptions
