- Provide anesthesia care for neonatal and pediatric patients in collaboration with a pediatric anesthesiologist
- Develop and implement anesthesia care plans, including induction, maintenance, and emergence, based on pre-operative assessment
- Deliver safe, patient-centered perioperative care in a pediatric Level 1 trauma center environment
- Perform anesthesia-related clinical assessment and ongoing monitoring throughout cases
- Coordinate with the OR team (anesthesia providers and nursing staff) to support efficient case flow
- Support pain-management and perioperative needs as applicable
- Maintain clinical documentation and communicate effectively with patients families and the care team
- BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing)
- Graduation from an accredited AANA-approved nurse anesthesia program
- Current CRNA certification
- Licensure in the State of Ohio
- PALS certification
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills
- 1 3 years of neonatal and/or pediatric experience
