CO - NP shifts in Rifle - July 6, 7, & 8

Client seeking Physician or Nurse Practitioner for July 6, 7, & 8 at their Corporate Health center in Rifle, CO. Provider will see ages 2+ for Primary Care, acute episodic care, and wellness visits. Hours are Monday & Wednesday 7:00am-4:00pm and Tuesday 8:00am-5:00pm, both with a 60-minute lunch break. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to be considered for this assignment.
