• Position: CRNA (Locums)
• Setting: Level III Trauma Center
• Schedule:
  • Regular Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Late Room: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Call: 3:00 PM - 7:00 AM
  • Call Frequency: 1 call shift per week
  • Response Time: 30 minutes

Required Licenses & Certifications Licensure

• Active Vermont CRNA License REQUIRED
  • Applications cannot be initiated without an active VT license
• DEA Required

Certifications (AHA Required)

• ACLS
• BLS
• PALS

Clinical Details Supervision Model

• 60% supervision
• Daily Coverage:
  • 3 CRNAs
  • 2 MDs
• Total ORs: 5

Required Procedures / Skills Candidates must be proficient in:

• Spinals
• Blocks
• Epidurals

Case Logs Required

• Proof of:
  • Epidurals
  • Spinals
  • Blocks

Case Mix

• Orthopedics

• Level III Trauma Center
• Approximately 380 deliveries annually
