FNP / PA Family Medicine $90 $100/hr Central CA ASAP Start

Family HealthCare Network is actively seeking Family Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for a full-time locum tenens opportunity across multiple outpatient clinics in Central California.

• $90 $100/hour
• Multiple locations (Visalia, Hanford, Porterville, Terra Bella, etc.)
• Start ASAP (30-day credentialing)
• 3 4 month assignment + extension option
• Outpatient only no call

• 5x8s or 4x9s
• 1 late shift/week (12p 9p)
• 1 weekend/month

• Full-scope Family Medicine (all ages)
• patients/day (8 hrs) (9 hrs)
• Minor procedures (suturing, I&D)
• EMR: eClinicalWorks

• 2 MAs + front office support
• On-site lab, imaging, pharmacy, behavioral health, dental, and more
• Strong team-based environment

• CA License + DEA
• FNP-C or PA-C
• Spanish-speaking preferred

• Underserved, primarily Spanish-speaking communities
