CO - NP shifts in Loveland - PRN June 11-July 1

Client seeks Physician or Nurse Practitioner for June 11, 15, 17, 18, 22, 24, & 25 at their Corporate Health clinic in Loveland, CO. Provider will see ages 2 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and wellness visits. Hours are 7:00am-6:00pm with a 60-minute lunch break. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to be considered for this assignment.
