- Trauma Level: Level 2; Pediatrics Level 3
- Call: Beeper for unassigned patients with 30min response time required
- Consists of occasional phone consult from hospital (no on-site requirement)
Requirements
- Board Eligible
- Certifications: BLS
- Licenses: Wisconsin license preferred; will consider others
- WI Act 10 accepted
- Credentialing Timeframe: Urgent, within 30 days
