Urology Physician
A well-established nonprofit community health system in Pittsfield, Massachusetts is seeking a Board-Certified Urologist to join its hospital-based urology team. This is a permanent, weekday-only opportunity offering excellent work-life balance with no call and no weekend requirements.

Location: Pittsfield, MA
Full-Time Permanent
Day Shift: 7:30 AM 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (variable)
No call required
No weekends required
Competitive compensation (open to discuss; salary expectations may be submitted)
As a Urologist, you will:
Provide comprehensive general urology care to adult inpatients
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a broad range of urologic conditions
Participate in inpatient rounding and collaborative treatment planning
Support hospital-based urology procedures and peri-operative care
Utilize onsite lab and imaging services for diagnostics
Collaborate with a team of 5 experienced urologists and multidisciplinary staff
Ensure continuity of care within the hospital-based practice
Document all patient encounters using Meditech EMR
Adhere to established clinical protocols and quality standards
Board Certified in Urology Required (no exceptions)
Relevant inpatient general urology experience Required
Active Massachusetts medical license Required
Active BLS certification Required
Clean malpractice and license history Highly preferred
Most recent NPDB Self Query (within 30 days) Required at presentation
