- Preferred Schedule: 24 hours per week, Daily OT after 24 hours, No call needed.
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient
- Scope of Work: Psychiatric Mental Health NP, Total Census of 80 clients whose needs vary based on level of care, transitioning, medication and acuity needs. Provider will works with multidisciplinary staff within PACT team, and report to the medical director.
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active MA License, DEA, CSR, and BLS.
