We re hiring an Ortho Spine PCU RN in Fort Myers / Cape Coral, Florida who wants strong earning potential, relocation support, and surgical specialty growth in a progressive care setting.
You ll step into an acute care role focused on caring for post-operative orthopedic and spine patients requiring close monitoring, pain management, and mobility progression. This is a step-down environment where precision, clinical judgment, and recovery planning directly impact patient outcomes.

• You are a licensed Registered Nurse or eligible for Florida licensure
• You have at least 1 year of recent PCU or Med/Surg Telemetry experience
• You re comfortable managing post-surgical patients
• You have strong assessment and pain management skills

Compensation & Benefits
• $33.37 $45.05 per hour based on experience
• $6.00 per hour night differential
• Health insurance with approximately 75% employer-paid employee-only premium
