About the POSITION:
Adult NP needed for the outpatient clinic in Queens, NY (South Jamaica)
Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
Office Closed from 12 noon to 1 pm daily
RESPONSIBILITIES:
An Internal Medicine position
- Evaluation, diagnosis and treatment for patients with acute illness.
- Preventive care, consisting of periodic physical examination, immunizations, health education and preventive screening.
- Treatment, counseling, and referral for rehabilitation for maintenance of patients with chronic conditions.
- Coordination of specialty services for consultation and treatments.
