The Medical Laboratory Scientist conducts advanced laboratory tests that assist in diagnosing, treating, and preventing diseases. The role covers various laboratory areas such as blood banking, chemistry, hematology, immunology, microbiology, and urinalysis, depending on the assigned department. This position demands strong analytical abilities, keen attention to detail, and expertise in handling and maintaining complex laboratory instruments.
