This Physical Therapist Assistant opportunity is based in Englewood, Colorado, a vibrant community just south of Denver known for its easy access to the Rocky Mountains, miles of nearby trails, and an active, outdoor-oriented lifestyle. Residents enjoy proximity to downtown Denvers dining, arts, and professional sports while still benefiting from a more relaxed suburban feel.The position is in an outpatient setting that serves a highly active population, including high school athletes, working professionals, and older adults who wish to remain independent and mobile. A large portion of the caseload includes post-op joint replacements and ACL reconstructions, along with vestibular and general musculoskeletal conditions, providing a strong mix of orthopedic and balance-focused rehab.You can expect a structured schedule of 5 eight-hour day shifts each week (5:8s), targeting 40 hours per week. Typical volume is around 12 visits per day, allowing you to provide thorough, one-on-one care while maintaining a steady and manageable workload. On-call responsibilities are not required, supporting a more predictable work-life balance.The care team emphasizes collaborative practice and evidence-informed treatment plans. You will work closely with supervising physical therapists and other clinical staff to deliver high-quality, function-focused therapy.
