CDL Driver (Laborer / Operator)

• Operate CDL vehicles to transport equipment and materials throughout Ennis, TX, and surrounding areas

• Assist crews with utility construction and horizontal directional drilling projects

• Perform general labor duties such as trenching, digging, loading materials, and site cleanup

• Complete vehicle inspections and maintain accurate driving logs

• Follow DOT, OSHA, and company safety procedures

• Work outdoors in varying weather and job site conditions

• Support the crew with field work, with driving responsibilities making up a smaller portion of the role

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Minimum 6 months of experience in construction, utility work, drilling, or related field work preferred

• Valid CDL Class A preferred; Class B accepted

• Valid DOT medical card or ability to obtain one

• Ability to meet DOT and FMCSA compliance requirements

• Ability to obtain tanker endorsement within 30 days of hire

• Clean driving record that meets company insurance requirements

• Ability to obtain a TWIC card and OSHA 10 certification after hire

• Comfortable performing physical labor and lifting 50+ pounds

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
