Work Dates Needed: Apr - Ongoing Preferred Schedule: Mon-Thur (8a-4p); Fri (8a-3p) Worksite Setting: Outpatient Scope of Work: 18 ppd- 9 in the morning and 9 in the afternoon APP coverage All ages, newborn to geriatric Annual wellness visits, physicals, well child visits, sick visits, ER follow up, hospital follow up, pre op visits Comfortable with high volume and documentation 90% adults / 10% peds Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active PA license preferred, IMLC accepted w LOQ, ABFM, will accept ABIM with experience in FM and seeing peds, DEA, ACLS ,and BLS EMR: Clinical works
