Work Dates Needed: Starting Asap - Ongoing Preferred Schedule: Mon-Friday 8am to 4:30pm + Call Worksite Setting: Inpatient (Hospital), Outpatient, Stroke Certified hospital Scope of Work: Internal Medicine - Hematology and Oncology, Patients Per Shift:18-25, call type: Beeper with some consultation, Procedures: Consults, follow-ups - possible bone marrow, Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active MO state medical licenses, BC/BE, Fellowship preferred, ACLS, ATLS, BLS EMR: Epic Primarily med onc and hem patients Procedures: Consults, follow-ups - possible bone marrow Call Type: beeper with some consultation. 1. What is the average patient census per clinic shift?15-23 2. night call patient census?1-2 3. What does call look like in the week and weekend? Phone calls and sometimes need to round 4. Do you require BMT or BMB to be performed by the locum? Yes prefer, but can work around 5. Who admits new patients? Hospitalist 6. % of Hemonc versus to Medical Onc 40/60 7. Any Acute Leukemia?
