Work Dates Needed: 8/1/2026 - Ongoing Preferred Schedule: 8 hour shifts with a schedule of 14 days on 14 days off (required). Rotation runs Monday - Sunday (2 full weeks). 8am start; end times will vary depending on patient census/needs. call coverage on the weekends when provider works. Weekend call:8am to 5pm includes PM call responsibility during rotation.
