Credentialing: 4 weeks on average, will emergency credential for this situation Provider must have 3 supervisor references within the last year.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8-5 PM in clinic + will be added to OR schedule

- NO malpractice, due to emergency credentialing (only can consider if there s a dismissed case)
Must have Flu vaccination. Covid can have religious or medical exemption, but not the flu.
