Pay & Benefits
- Pay Package: Starting at $35.00/hour, negotiable based on experience
- Additional Compensation: $10,000 Sign-On Bonus with a 2-year commitment

What You ll Do
- Provide outpatient and inpatient occupational therapy services
- Assess and develop treatment plans for orthopedic cases, focusing on upper extremity conditions
- Use manual therapy techniques and adapt treatments as needed
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
- Float between inpatient and home health settings as required
- Document patient progress using Meditech charting system
- Promote patient education and recovery
What You Need
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy (minimum)
- Active Kansas state license in Occupational Therapy
- At least 2 years of outpatient therapy experience
- Orthopedic and manual therapy experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt and float to different care settings
