What You ll Do:
  • Effectively screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and ADL physical functioning disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans following all regulatory and clinical standards
  • Utilize standardized assessments and evidence-based practices to support clinical interventions
  • Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatments including ADL retraining, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and assistive devices
  • Monitor patient progress, adjust treatments, and evaluate outcomes to optimize recovery
  • Collaborate with patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare team members regarding treatment plans and progress
  • Document all services and outcomes accurately in electronic health records
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and continuous education activities
  • Supervise and support occupational therapy assistants, rehabilitation aides, and students as needed
What You Need:
  • Valid Occupational Therapist license in Missouri
  • NBCOT certification
  • At least 1 year of experience in long-term care preferred
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt treatment plans based on patient progress and referrals
