What You ll Do

• Evaluate patient function using formal and informal testing measures
• Develop and implement goal-specific treatment plans based on assessment data
• Coordinate treatment schedules with patients, families, and clinical staff
• Document treatment regimes and update plans of care as needed
• Educate patients and caregivers on pathology, treatment options, and prognosis
• Collaborate with supervising physical therapists and support staff to ensure quality care
• Assist with patient progress evaluations and adjust treatment accordingly

What You Need

• Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in Michigan
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred
• Strong assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to patient-centered care
