Maternal - Fetal Medicine Physician
ATC West Healthcare is seeking a full-time Maternal-Fetal Medicine Specialist to join a highly collaborative and advanced maternal-fetal care team in Seattle, Washington. The physician will work alongside a multidisciplinary team providing specialized care for complex maternal and fetal conditions while also participating in teaching, outreach, and clinical research initiatives.
The role includes comprehensive inpatient and outpatient maternal-fetal medicine care, advanced prenatal diagnostics, and management of high-risk pregnancies within a facility supporting more than 7,500 annual deliveries. Providers will collaborate closely with OB hospitalists, neonatologists, pediatric specialists, advanced practice providers, and regional outreach partners while contributing to evidence-based care, quality improvement, and resident education.

- Home call responsibilities with strong 24/7 hospital-based support
- Regional outreach coverage to Everett and Issaquah
- Practice location: Seattle, Washington
- Provide comprehensive maternal-fetal medicine care in both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage complex maternal and fetal conditions
- Utilize advanced prenatal diagnostics including ultrasound and genetic testing
- Perform full-scope MFM procedures and specialized reproductive health services
- Manage a high-acuity patient population within a facility supporting over 7,500 annual deliveries
- Collaborate with OB hospitalists, nocturnists, neonatologists, pediatric specialists, and MFM ARNPs
- Participate in consultative outreach services across the Pacific Northwest and southern Alaska referral network
- Provide postpartum care support in coordination with advanced practice providers
- Participate in home call coverage with strong clinical support
- Work within a state-of-the-art environment featuring a 70+ bed NICU and PICU
- Teach and mentor OB/GYN residents through clinical training
- Participate in clinical research initiatives and academic collaborations
- Maintain high standards of evidence-based care, quality improvement, and patient safety
- Opportunity to utilize or expand skills in fetal echocardiography and chorionic villus sampling (CVS)
- Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Maternal-Fetal Medicine required
- Washington Medical License or willingness to obtain required
- DEA certification required prior to start
- Most recent NPDB Self Query Report within 30 days required at presentation
- Clean malpractice and license history highly preferred
- Experience in fetal echocardiography or chorionic villus sampling (CVS) preferred but not required
- Strong collaborative and multidisciplinary clinical skills
- Commitment to evidence-based care, patient safety, and quality improvement
- Ability to work within a high-acuity maternal-fetal medicine environment
