- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; daily onsite coverage (Clinic & Cath Lab)

Requirements
- Board Certified in Electrophysiology
- Active MI license
- COVID vaccination
- DEA
- Local provider
- Coverage needed 3 weeks per month
