• Schedule: Full-time, Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (open to Saturdays if desired)

• Patient Base: Family-focused practice with a strong pediatric population (approximately 70% Medicaid with additional payor mix)

• Practice Environment: Modern office with digital technology and strong support staff

• Clinical Model: Dentist-led, collaborative environment with mentorship available

• Income potential: $200,000 $400,000 annually

• Daily minimum guarantee: $800 $1,100 for the first 90 days (based on experience)

• Production: 25% 30% of adjusted collections, including hygiene codes

• Sign-on bonus: $15,000
