What You ll Do
  • Perform blood draws, injections, child immunizations, and lab tests within scope of certification.
  • Assist physicians during examinations, including taking vital signs and preparing patients.
  • Keep exam rooms clean, stocked, and organized.
  • Requisition supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle patient communication, including phone calls and providing instructions.
  • Assist with maintaining accurate medical records, referrals, and documentation.
  • Support patients before, during, and after procedures to ensure comfort and care.
  • Collaborate with team members, demonstrating flexibility and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
  • Follow all protocols and maintain confidentiality at all times.
What You Need
  • Valid BLS (AHA) certification
  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential
  • Prior clinical or patient care experience preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
