Physical Therapy Assistant job in Purcell OK

We're looking for a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant to join a long-term care/rehab team in Purcell, OK on a contract/travel assignment starting 06/29/2026. This is a day shift position (8-hour shifts) with no weekend requirements. Compensation is $1,612 per 40-hour week.

What you'll be doing:

• Provide skilled PTA services to residents in a long-term care/rehab setting
• Collaborate with PTs and interdisciplinary staff to implement care plans
• Document treatments and patient progress accurately
• Contribute to a positive, resident-centered environment

Schedule and logistics:

• Shift: Days, 8 hours per day
• Weekends: Not required
• Assignment type: Contract/Travel
• Location: Purcell, OK
• Start date: 06/29/2026
• Rate: $1,612 / 40 hours

Qualifications:

• Active PTA license (Oklahoma)
• Minimum 1 year of PTA experience, preferably in LTC or rehab
• New graduates considered if they have Level II clinical experience (Level I observation-only experience is not sufficient)
