Geriatrics Nurse Practitioner

Conduct initial health assessments for a Medicare/Medicaid plan. This role is primarily home-based and involves in-home work with flexibility for full-time, part-time, and varying availability including nights and weekends. Assessments may take between 15 minutes to an hour.
