Physiatry/Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician Assistant
We are a multidisciplinary medical-legal practice seeking a full-time APRN or Physician Assistant to work collaboratively with our medical providers. This role focuses on initial patient exams and follow-up appointments, with an emphasis on accurate documentation of diagnoses and ongoing plans of care.
Position Responsibilities:Record and maintain comprehensive patient medical histories
Perform physical examinations and clinical assessments
Administer and interpret diagnostic tests
Oversee and administer patient treatments
Monitor and document patient progress and functional outcomes over time
Full-time: hours per week
Day shift only no on-call responsibilities
Salary: (based on experience)
$5,000 sign-on bonus
