Minimum qualifications

• MSW from an accredited program
• Active Wisconsin LCSW license
• Clinical counseling training and experience
• Experience with crisis management and working in secure settings
• Correctional experience preferred
• Able to work independently

Core responsibilities

• Provide individual counseling and therapeutic interventions
• Carry a caseload of 20-30 patients per week
• Conduct psychosocial assessments, assign diagnoses, and develop/update treatment plans
• Deliver crisis intervention and perform risk assessments
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and correctional staff
